Myanmar, 2006. No reliable internet. No Stack Overflow. No YouTube tutorials. Just a 12-year-old, a borrowed programming book, and a compiler that spoke only in cryptic error messages. That taught me to figure things out.

First company was consulting. Selling. Boardrooms. Enterprise clients. Making legacy systems talk to modern consumer products. The code took a backseat. Then it disappeared from the rearview entirely.

Outgrew the consulting company. Couldn't run payroll on spreadsheets. So I built a payroll system. It now operates in 4 countries. Myanmar, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam. 100,000 employees. Millions in payslips processed. Through all of it, I missed coding. Deeply. But the opportunity never came.

Then LLMs arrived. Picked up coding agents. React, React Native, backend, then agents themselves. Now I build AI agents for real work. Financial transactions at Peek. Payroll automation at Better HR. Workflow systems for founders.

I've been the CEO who couldn't build. I've been the engineer who couldn't sell. Now I do both.
