Problem

A fractional sales leader running multiple client engagements was drowning in admin. Email follow-ups, meeting scheduling, CRM updates, weekly reports. All manual. He was spending more time on logistics than actual client work.

What I did

Set up Clockwork for scheduling automation and built AI agents for email sequences, follow-ups, and CRM data entry. Connected everything so leads flow through the pipeline without manual touch.
