Fractional sales leader / consulting
Problem
A fractional sales leader running multiple client engagements was drowning in admin. Email follow-ups, meeting scheduling, CRM updates, weekly reports. All manual. He was spending more time on logistics than actual client work.
What I did
Set up Clockwork for scheduling automation and built AI agents for email sequences, follow-ups, and CRM data entry. Connected everything so leads flow through the pipeline without manual touch.
Result

What I did
Ran a 2-week hands-on rollout. Set up AGENTS.md conventions, configured coding agents per repo, paired with each developer on their actual tasks. No generic workshop slides.

Team adopted coding agents within the first sprint. PR throughput increased. The setup stuck because it was built around their real codebase, not demo projects.
